摘　　要：叙述了影响铝镇静钢可浇性的因素及其作用机理,并从减少夹杂物的来源、促进夹杂物的上浮方面提出提高终点碳、加入钙质覆盖剂、保护浇注、加大中间包上水口直径等措施,取得了较好的效果。The influencing factors of castability for Al-killed steel and it's acting mechanism were discussed. In order to reduce the inclusion source and accelerate the floating of inclusion, a series of technical measures were put forward and some good results were achieved, such as keeping moderate higher final carbon content, using Calcium-based flux, protecting cast, and increase the nozzle diameter etc.
