摘  要:根据攀枝花钛精矿的特点和该地区的能源条件,论述了利用攀枝花钛精矿的两条流程:即钛精矿或电炉法酸溶性钛渣—硫酸法制造钛白流程;钛精矿盐酸浸出法人造金红石—氯化法制造钛白或海绵钛流程。并对这两条流程产业化的有利条件、存在问题和应采取的措施进行了探讨。Two processes for use of Panzhihua ilmenite according to the features of the ilmenite and energy resources of Panzhihua area are described: (1) titanium dioxide is produced by sulphate process from the ilmenite or titania slag made from smelting the ilmenite by elctric-arc furnace method; (2) titanium dioxide or sponge titanium is produced by chloride process form synthetic rutile made from the ilmenite by hydrochloric acid leaching method. The advantages and disadvantages between the two processes are also presented.
