摘　　要：扑热息痛与NaNO2 在中性介质中发生反应 ,其亚硝化衍生物具有良好的电活性。在pH 9.37的Britton Robinson缓冲溶液中 ,于 - 0 .5 6V(vs.SCE)产生灵敏的极谱还原峰 ,峰电流与扑热息痛质量浓度在 0 .0 0 7～ 0 .4mg/L范围有良好的线性关系 ,检测下限为 5 μg/L。此法已用于测定小儿速效感冒灵。Paracetamol could react with sodium nitrite in neutral medium. The product showed good electroactivity in B R (pH 9.37) buffer solution at Hg electrodes. A well defined reduction peak was observed at -0.56 V( vs. SCE) by single sweep polarography. The peek current was proportional to the concentration of paracetamol in the range of 0.007～0.4 mg/L, with the detection limit of 0.005 mg/L. The method was applied to the determination of paracetamol in tablets with satisfactory results.
