摘　　要：化学修饰已成为改进酶理化性质和生物活性的有效方法 ,引起了人们高度的重视 .本文主要介绍酶化学修饰的目的、意义、方法 ,以及修饰剂的选择、种类 ,评述了酶化学修饰领域的主要进展。Enzyme chemical modification was an effective method uo improve the physical and chemical character and activity of the enzymes. In this paper, we introduce the purpose, meaning, methods, the choice of modifying agent, the research level and the application of the method.
