摘　　要：简述了中国制造业的发展历史,分析了世界工业发达国家制造业的发展趋势,指出中国制造业当前存在的问题。提出在提高和发展中国制造业的过程中需要处理好十大关系;参与全球竞争与发展民族工业、国有与其它所有制企业、经济高速发展与持续发展、各型产业之间、科技与经济、高技术与制造业、年轻化与老中青、高层次人才与实用性人才、跨越式发展与渐进式发展、政府行为与企业行为之间的关系。In this paper, such aspects as the remark-able history of China, hard--earned achievements afterthe establishment of People's Republic of China, the de-veloping trend of world's industrially developed countriesand our understanding toward it, the present problems inChina's manufacturing industry are discussed. It is alsopointed out that we need to deal with ten major relationswell, so as to improve and develop China's manufacturingindustry, i. e. relation between participation in interna-tional competition and development of domestic indus-tries;state--owned enterprises and those of other systemof ownership;rapid development and sustainable develop-ment in economy;relations among different industries;science and economy; high technology and manufacturingindustry;officials younger in age and those of old andmiddle--age;high level talents and practical personnel;leaping over and gradual development; government andenterprise behaviour.
