摘　　要：干细胞是一种具有全能性 (totipotency)或多向性 (pluripotentiality)分化潜能的细胞。根据不同的来源 ,干细胞的种类是多样的 ,如胚胎干细胞、神经干细胞、造血干细胞、癌干细胞等。虽然类型不同 ,但都具有共同的特性及分化的多潜能性、干细胞的自我更新能力。干细胞特性的揭示说明了干细胞在发育生物学、临床医学、家畜育种、分子遗传学等方面有着非常重要的作用 。Stem cells are cells that have the dividing potential of totipotency and pluripotentiality.There are many stem cells type because of being derived from different resource such as embryonic stem cells neuron stem cells cancer stem cells an so on.Though different types,they have a general character which reveals that stem cells have very important effects on the development biology,the clinic medicine,the animal breeding,the molecule genetic and so on.Those show the alluring foreground of applicaltion.
