摘 要:基于非晶合金相变的热力学原理:部分晶化非晶合金的晶化即为残留非晶相的转变,其相变热应正比于残留非晶相的相含量,本文导出了部分晶化非晶合金结晶度XC的DSC法测量公式.进一步通过对其100%无定性样DSC曲线的分析发现:部分晶化非晶合金的XC实际上即为其100%无定性样在同样退火条件下的转变分数fC.为了检验这一推论的正确性,本文选用Ni74Si10B16非晶合金淬态样进行了一系列的等温退火处理和等温DSC测试.结果表明:通过DSC法测定部分晶化非晶合金试样的相变热,不仅可以求出该试样结晶度的大小,而且通过对该合金100%无定形试样的DSC曲线分析和跟踪,甚至可以预测和控制该合金一定退火条件下结晶度的大小.Based on the thermodynamic transformation theory of amorphous alloys, in which the crystallization of fractional crystallization amorphous alloy is the transformation of residual amorphous phase and its transformation enthalpy should be proportional to the phase content of the residual amorphous phase, we deduce out a formula for calculating the crystallinity XC of fractional crystallization amorphous alloy. By analyzing the DSC curve of amorphous alloy with 100% amorphous phase, it is found that the XC of the fractional crystallization sample is actually the transformation faction fC of the 100% amorphous sample at some annealing condition. In order to examine this deduction, the amorphous Ni74Si10B16 alloy as quenched was selected as a candidate to make a series of isothermal annealed treatments and isothermal DSC measurements. Results show that not only can the XC of fractional crystallization amorphous alloy be detected by measuring its transformation enthalpy from the DSC curve, but the XC or fC of the amorphous sample annealed can be predicted and controlled by analyzing the DSC curve of the amorphous alloy with 100% amorphous phase and monitoring its annealing process as well.
