摘　　要：作为逐渐走向综合运营的有线网络,应该具备什么样的帐务中心来为其提供全面综合的服务?本文作者通过对有线网络帐务发展的了解和电信计费信息发展情况的描述,演绎出有线网络可能建设的帐务中心参考模型,并且说明和强调了有线网络帐务中心建设的价值和意义。What accounting center should a cable network have for its emerging integratedoperation to provide it a full and integrated service? A reference model of a possibleaccounting center for cable network is deduced from an understanding of developmentof the cable network accounting and a description of evolution of the telecommunicationbilling, and the value and meaning of constructing a cable network accounting centerare explained and stressed as well.
