摘　　要：本文对大学生全民健身活动的状况及其影响因素进行了调查与分析 ,提出了推动《全民健身计划纲要》顺利实施的具体措施。This article focuses on the investigation and analysis of the situation of the college students' healthful activities of the whole nation and the factors that may exert influences on it.It offers practical steps to carry out the programmer of healthful activities of the whole nation.
