摘　　要：在对车辆营运安全影响因素系统分析的基础上 ,运用基于案例的推理原理 ,将 CBR技术应用到车辆营运安全评价中 ,阐述系统的功能结构模型和推理模型 ,并对案例的匹配进行讨论 ,给出车辆营运安全的评价准则 。Based on the analysis of factors which have influence of vehicles operation safety,using principle of case-based reasoning (CBR),this paper introduced the CBR into the vehicles operation safety assessment.The models of function and reasoning outlined.The cases match method was also presented.In the end,the standards of vehicles safety assessment and a example on its were proposed.
