摘　　要：介绍了 GE公司 660 MW机组汽轮机结构及启动特点。对双向自动调整可倾瓦轴承、斜面式推力轴承、滑销系统工作原理作了描述 ;对冷热态启动方式、汽缸预暖、旁路系统及控制、进汽模式选择、变压运行方式等进行了探讨 ,对启动过程中的热应力控制提出了推荐性意见 。The structure and start-up feature of GE 600 MW turbine were introduced. The operation principles of duel directional tilt pad bearings, taper-faced thrust bearing and casing sliding system were described. Cold & hot start-up mode, casing pre-warming, turbine bypass system and its control, steam admission mode selection and variable pressure operation modes were discussed. Recommendations on thermal stress control in start-up process were put forward as reference for operation of similar unit.
