摘　　要：　介绍了盾构法隧道衬砌管片的混凝土配制、钢筋加工、计算机自动控制蒸养工艺、单模位养护罩及尼龙吊装孔埋件的应用等整套管片预制生产技术。该项技术在北京地铁5号线应用后,获得了良好的技术、经济和社会效益。This paper introduces the complete set of prefabrication production technique of concrete segment in detail, including the concrete manufacturing, the steelreinforcingbar production, the steam maintaining singlemold cover and the application of nylon insertpicking, etc. The technique has been successfully applied in the project of Beijing Metro Line 5, and has acquired lots of technological, economical and social benefits.
