摘  要:目的 探讨冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸 (HCY)与叶酸、维生素B12 浓度的变化及其相关性。方法 选择 84例经冠状动脉造影术证实为冠心病的患者 ,应用荧光偏振免疫分析法 (FPIA)测定血清HCY浓度 ,离子捕获免疫分析法 (ICIA)测定血清叶酸浓度 ,非均相微粒子酶免疫分析法 (MEIA)测定血清维生素B12 浓度。结果 冠心病患者血清HCY浓度增高 ,与正常对照组比较有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而叶酸、维生素B12 浓度则降低 ,与正常对照组比较有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,以上两种变化呈负相关 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 同型半胱氨酸血症是冠心病的新的独立危险因素 ,叶酸、维生素B12Objective To explore the relationship between homocysteine (HCY) and folic acid and Vitamin B 12 in serum of coronary heart disease(CHD) and their changes in these patients. Methods Serum HCY levels were measured by fluorescence polarization immunoassays(FPIA), serum folic acid and vitamin B 12 levels were measured by ion capture immunoassay(ICIA) and microparticle enzyme immunoassay(MEIA) respectively in 84 patients diagnosed as CHD by coronary artery arteriography. Results Serum HCY levels of patients with CHD were higher than that of normal controls ( P <0.001), but serum folic acid and vitamin B12 levels were lower than those of normal controls ( P <0.001). Negative correlation was found between the HCY and the folic acid and vitamin B 12 ( P <0.001). Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor for CHD. Deficiency of folic acid and vitamin B 12 is an important factor inducing hyperhomocysteinemia.
