摘 要:振动破碎机是一种可以达到粗磨效果的超细破碎机,它可以使整个粉磨流程的能耗大幅降低。但是,它是一个复杂的多自由度刚体散体强耦合振动系统,需要进行深入的研究。本文将其简化为双质体线性振动系统,对其动力学特性进行了初步分析,不仅为设计振动破碎机样机、进行实验研究提供了依据,也为其非线性动力学的研究奠定了基础。The vibratory crusher is one of the fine crushing machinery which can substitute for the coarse mill in the comminution circle to greatly reduce the energy consumption of the whole comminution circle. It is .however, a complicated strongly coupling dynamical system between the rigid-body subsystem multi-degree-of freedom and the bulk solids to be processed, and its nonlinear dynamics is required to be investigated in the future. In this paper, the vibratory crusher to be designed is modeled as two types of linear vibration system with two-degree-of freedom at first. Theoretical analysis is then carried out to get the dynamical parameters, which provide a basis not only for the design and manufacturing of a experimental vibratory crusher rig,but also for the further study on its nonlinear dynamics both experimentally and theoretically.
