摘　　要：简要介绍了彩虹金属屋顶成型工艺的各种优点及应用情况,用图形说明了经过成型机加工成型后板材的外观结构、断面形状。介绍了彩虹金属屋顶成型机的构成、工作原理,通过系统原理图介绍了液压驱动系统的组成、工作原理及特点。介绍了8031单片机控制系统的硬件组成、软件结构和程序方框图。This paper briefly introduces the advantages and use of the rainbow metal roof's make-up technology, illustrates the shaped plate's outward appearance and section. The paper introduces the composition and the working axiom of rainbow metal roof's make-up machine, and the working axiom of the hydraulic system. It also recommends the hardware and software composition and program block diagram of 8031 single chip microcomputer control system.
