摘　　要：讨论了位图地理坐标 (LAT ,LON)与计算机位图坐标 (X ,Y)之间的相互变换 ,具体给出了常用海图和气象传真图中的 3种典型位图—墨卡托投影图、极射赤面投影图。This article discussed the transformation between the geographical coordinate(LAT,LON) on charts and the bitmap coordinate (X,Y) on the screen. It detailed the procedures of mathematical treatment for the coordinate transformation for Mercator chart, stereogram, Lambert projection chart, which were the three typical bitmaps of common charts and meteorological charts.
