摘　　要：题库(ITEMBANK)是按照一定的教育测量理论,在计算机系统中实现的某个学科题目的集合.建立题库系统,计算机辅助教师命题组卷,是提高教学质量,实现测试手段现代化的有效途径.Item Bank(IB),a discipling-specific set of items,is based on the theories of educational measurement and realized in the computer system.The establichment of IB system,by which teachers can make and group testing papers with the aid of computers,is an effective way to increase teacher effectiveness and modernize the testing.
