无张力疝修补术治疗老年人腹股沟疝的临床效果(附237例报告)

摘　　要：目的 :总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年人腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法 :使用美国巴德公司生产的锥形疝环充填网塞和网状补片 ,对 2 37例老年人腹股沟疝施行疝环充填式无张力疝修补手术。结果 :2 37例均手术过程顺利 ,无一例切口感染。术后并发尿潴留 18例 ,复发 1例 ,阴囊水肿 2例 ,切口下血肿 4例。结论 :老年人腹股沟疝应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术 ,具有适应症宽、操作简单、不良反应少、复发率低等优点 。Objective: To summarize the clinical therapeutic effects of mesh plug tension free hernia repair in senior groin hernia patients. Methods: The mesh plug tension free hernia repair was applied to 237 senior patients of groin hernia, using Bard R Mesh & Prefix R plug offered by Bard Company in U.S.A. Results: All the operative procedures were performed smoothly. No incisional infection occurred. Postoperative complications were: 18 cases of urinary retention, 1 recurrences, 2 scrotal hydroceles, and 4 incisional haematoma. Conclusion: Mesh plug tension free hernia repair in senior groin hernia patients is currently the most popular choice, which has many advantages, such as simple performance, a wider operation indication, fewer complications and lower recurrence rate.
