摘 要: 通过溶液培养研究不同浓度的螯合态亚铁(EDTA Fe2+)胁迫对水稻幼苗的生长、光合速率、丙二醛和超氧阴离子的含量及抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:高浓度螯合态亚铁(EDTA Fe2+)胁迫明显抑制水稻地上部分和根系的生长,水稻叶片MDA和O 2的含量增高、光合速率下降.CAT,SOD在低浓度的条件下活性升高,高浓度条件下活性下降,在水稻抗铁毒害中起到一定保护作用;而POD在致死浓度条件下仍具较高的活性,在水稻抗铁毒害中起到主要保护作用.A solution culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of EDTAFe2+on the growth,photosynthetic rate,concentrion of MDA O2,activities of SOD?CAT and POD in the hybrid rice seedling leaves. The results showed that higher EDTAFe2+concentrations obviously inhibited the growth of shoot and root;And the contents of MDA and O2 were higher than the control. Under lower EDTAFe2+concentrations stress,the leaf photosynthetic rate and the activities of protective enzymes were increased under higher EDTAFe2+stress,however,the photosynthetic rate decreased. Higher EDTAFe2+stresses affected the activity of SOD and CAT more than POD. Under lethal EDTAFe2+concentration,The POD kept higher activity.It indicated that POD acted a mostly important role in the detoxification of EDTAFe2+ stress.
