SAP5程序中弹塑性结构分析算法的研究与结构绘图

摘　　要：本文通过在SIEMENS7570·C计算机上调试、运行,研究出了弹塑性有限元分析的一种新算法——修正弦线模量法。在充分考虑SAP5程序的计算速度、计算精度、内存分配以及前后处理等诸方面情况下,给出了该算法的模块化程序与SAP5程序的连接方法,并利用该计算机现有的绘图软件和绘图设备,完成了结构的弹性、弹塑性变形图的缩放、旋转、局部修正、汉字信息显示以及平面应力、应变、位移彩色剖面线的绘制。新研究的算法与现有大型程序中弹塑性有限元增量算法相比,可显著提高计算效率和收敛精度。绘图功能的增加,使SAP5程序的后处理功能更加完善。An algorithm for elastic-plastic FEM,called Modified Chordal ModularMethod(MCMM)is developed through debugging,runing routine on Siemens 7570.C computer.In consideration of the computation speed,computation precision,memory assignment and the fore-processing,post-processing problem of the SAP5etc.,the linkage scheme of modularization subroutines of MCMM with the SAP5 isprovided.The enlargement,reduction,rotation,local modification,Chinese characterdisplay and the plotting of the plane stress,the plane strain and dispacement colourhatching distribution for the elastic-plastic deformation graphs are performed bymean of the plotting softwares and equipments.The developed MCMM is comparedwith the increatal algorithm of the elastic-plastic FEM,which can obviously increasecomputation efficiency and convergent accuracy.The plotting function is developed,which makes functions of the SAP5 more perfect.
