摘　　要：在信息处理的各个环节 ,如信息的采集、传递、加工、存储、维护和利用等 ,由于各种主观或客观因素 ,都会造成一定的信息失真。通过建立组织的多级信息维护模式 ,即纠错性维护、效用性维护和个性化维护 ,并相应进行组织管理制度的变革 ,就可以确保企业信息系统提供高质量的有效信息。At stages like collection, transmission, processing, storing, maintenance and using in the process of information, distortions may occur owing to some subjective or objective factors. By establishing a multi-level maintenance model consisting of corrective, effective, and responsive systems in addition to the restructuring of the organizational management, a quality provision of effective information can be assured.
