摘  要:通过系统测定分解炉内气体三维流场、分解炉阻力特性和物料停留时间分布等试验研究,结合华新水泥厂煤质研究结果,以及同其它分解炉型的对比,全面地探讨了SLC S分解炉内气固两相运动的基本规律.研究表明,SLC S分解炉的气体流场具有明显的受限喷腾床的特征,利于物料的分散,从而保证了物料停留时间的有效性.但由于缺少必要的横向混合,使得分解炉的容积利用率明显过低.鹅颈管虽能延长物料停留时间,但由于内部物料基本是柱塞流,料气停留时间比值很低,更降低了分解炉整体的空间利用效率.The motion patterns of gas and solid material in SLC-S calciner and its resistant characteristics were investigated and analyzed in detail, through measuring the gas flow field, the retention lime distribution of powder in the calciner, and its other characteristics, and were correlated with the combustion character of the coal used in Huaxin Cement Plant. Research results show that the gas flow field in SLC-S caiciner has the typical characters of restricted spouting bed, and elementally it is beneficial to dispersing powder in it. But the efficiency of volume utility of the calciner is poor because of the lack of transverse mixture. The solid material in the long syphon is a typical piston flow and results poorer efficiency of volume utility of the calciner.
