河南省濮阳市主要环境地质问题及其防治对策

摘　　要：濮阳市是我国新兴的石油化工基地、国家卫生城市和园林城市。由于人口的快速增长,工农业的迅猛发展,导致环境地质问题日渐突出,严重制约了濮阳市的经济发展。根据近年来的环境地质监测资料和地质工作成果,文章指出濮阳市目前存在的主要环境地质问题有地面沉降、地裂缝、黄河堤防隐患、地下水资源量衰减、水土环境异常和水土污染等。濮阳市今后的地质工作应以改善和保护地质环境为主要方向。根据地质条件的不同将濮阳市主要环境地质问题的防治划分为三个区,按轻重缓急提出了近期目标和远期目标防治规划建议,并提出了保障规划实施的措施等。Puyang City, which is a garden city and a sanitation city, is a new and expanding petrochemical base of petrochemical industry. Owing to the high\|speed growth of population, swift and violent development of the industry and the agriculture,the environmental geology problem is getting seriously. This restricts the economic development of Puyang City.According to the data of environ\|geological monitoning and the achivements of geological work in recent years, the main environ\|geological problems in Puyang City at present are land subsidence, ground fissure, the hidden trouble of dam defence of the Yellow river, the decrease of water resources, water and soil deteiorate and so on. The main goal of the geological work should be improving and protecting the geological environment. Based on the different geological coditions, the major environ\|geological problems in Puyang City can be devided into three zones. The propositions of controlling program are advanced by the near and future goal respectivly. In order of importance and urgency, puts out the short\|term target and the forward target of the prevention and control program and puts out the measures to ensure the program put into effect.
