摘  要:目的:观察川芎嗪(TMP)对麻醉兔的急性血流动力学的影响。方法:麻醉兔静脉流向盐酸川芎嗪(TMPM)和生理盐水(NS)。结果:注射TMPM组快速显著增加左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室压上升最大速率(+LVdp/dtmax)、左心室压下降最大速率(-LVdp/dtmax)和缓慢降低心率(HR),注射NS组以上各血流动力学参数无明显变化,两组差异显著。结论:TMP具有明显的血流动力学效应。AIM: To observe the effect of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on hemodynamics in anesthetized rabbits. METHODS: TMPM and normal saline (NS) were separately injected into the anesthetized rabbits. RESULTS: The group which were injected TMPM quickly and evidently increased left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) , peak positive first derivative of left ventricular ( + LVdp/dtmax) and peak negative first derivative of left ventricular ( - LVdp/ dtmax), and decreased heart rate (HR) slowly, but the group which were injected NS did not produce any significant hemodynamic changes. There were apparent difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION: TMP has the obvious effect on hemodynamics.
