摘　　要：高血压性脑出血易引发脑疝及血肿周围组织发生水肿、变性、坏死 ,病死率、致残率较高 ,掌握外科治疗的适应证、手术时机。Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) results in cerebral hernia and edema,denaturation and necrosis in periphery tissues readily.The mortality and crippledom rate are very high.Therefore,it is very important to master the indications of surgical therapy,time and type of operation as well as the preparation in perioperation periods.
