摘　　要：采用丙酸、氯气和苯胺,在催化剂作用下两步合成了除草剂萘丙胺中间体2-氯丙酰基苯胺,并以正交试验法优化了工艺条件,合成总收率达到80%。Chloropropionanilide and intermediates of naproanilide were synthesized from propionic acid, chlorine, and aniline in the presence of catalysts through two steps. The reaction conditions were optimized. The total yield of two steps is 80%.
