摘　　要：目的　探讨呃逆的针灸治疗方法。方法　对 10 0例呃逆患者随机分成水针组和体针组 ,两组进行比较。结果　水针组治愈率和有效率分别为 86 %、10 0 % ;体针组为 70 %和 92 % ,两组比较 P<0 .0 5 ,疗效差异显著。Purpose To investigate acupuncture treatments for hiccup.Methods One hundred hiccup patients were randomly divided into an acupoint injection group and a body acupuncture group. The cure rate and the effective rate were 86% and 100%, respectively, in the acupoint injection group and 70% and 92%, respectively, in the body acupuncture group. The effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion The curative effect is markedly superior to that in the body acupuncture group.
