摘　　要：文章介绍了地调电网调度员仿真培训系统(DTS)的体系结构与功能特色。根据地区电网的特点,对地调DTS软件与中调DTS的不同进行了分析。通过DTS培训及反事故演习,大大提高了调度员的素质,提高了电网的安全、稳定和经济运行水平。This paper introduces the system structure and functions of simulating dispatcher training system (DTS) used in Baoding District Power Network, and according to particular features of district network, compares the DTS software for district dispatching and that for center dispatching. The dispatchers were trained by using DTS software and anti-accident exercises, which greatly improves the quality of dispatchers and the conditions of safety, stability and economic operation of the network.
