摘　　要：保定热电厂2×450t/h锅炉是目前国内最大的CFB锅炉。在CFB锅炉的密相区域、冷渣器、床下点火风道等区域都有用耐火材料砌筑的墙衬,在新砌筑的墙衬内含有一定的水分,因此必须对墙衬进行合理的干燥和烘烤,使墙衬中水分蒸发、墙体固化并形成高强度的耐磨耐火衬里。文中介绍了在保定热电厂2×450t/hCFB锅炉调试过程中耐火材料的烘烤情况。2×450 t/h boilers in Baoding Cogeneration Power Plant are the largest CFB boilers in China so far. There are refractory wall liners at compact area of furnace, slag cooler, under-bed igniting air duct, and other areas. These newly built wall liners contain certain amount of moisture, which must be reasonably dried off to form high strength refractory liner. This paper introduces the baking process of the refractory material in commissioning phase.
