摘  要:红掌幼嫩叶片表面灭菌的最佳方法是:0.01%KMnO410min,0.05%链霉素、0.05%制菌霉素和0.05%头孢唑林钠各灭菌20min,然后用75%乙醇30s和HgCl22min,污染率为零。Anthurriumadraeanum"Rosetta"和A.adraeanum"Oilcloth-flower"愈伤组织诱导率和芽分化率显著高于A.adraeanum"Atlanta",A.adraeanum"Fantasia",A.adraeanum"Afrikanerin"。不同品种茎段、叶柄、叶片的愈伤组织诱导率和芽分化率有明显差异,大多数品种是幼茎段>叶柄>叶片。幼苗移栽在草煤或血竭渣基质中,成活率可达97%。Contamination percentage of young blade of Anthurrium adraeanum was zero,after sterilizing in 0.01% KMnO4 for 10 min,and in 0.05% streptomycin,0.05% nystatin and 0.05% cefazoling sodium for 20 min,respectively,and in 75% alcohol for 30 s,and in HgCl2 for 2 min.The rates of callus induction and bud differentiation of Anthurrium adraeanum 'Rosetta' and A.adraeanum 'Oilclothflower' were much higher than those of A.adraeanum 'Atlanta',A.adraeanum 'Fantasia' and A.adraeanum 'Afrikanerin'.There was a significant difference in rates of callus induction and bud differentiation for stem segment,petiole and blade from different varieties,and in an order of young stem segment>petiole>leaf for most of varieties.The survival of plantlets transplanted in medium of pert or slag were about 97.1%.
