摘　　要：研究和探讨了刚玉质低水泥烧注料的生产工艺原理、分散减水技术的应用及其显微结构特点。结果表明 :联合使用适量的SiO2 超微粉、活性α -Al2 O3 微粉以及A、B二种添加剂 ,易以施工 ,于材料中可形成组织均匀致密、多相均一性的近于直接结合结构 。The process philosophy,application of desersion and water reducing and microstructure feature of corundum based castables of low cement was studied in this article.The construction can be made easy by using proper proportion of ultrafine powders of SiO 2,ultrafine powdes of active α-Al 2O 3 and two kinds of additives.Moreover,the castables of good function can be acquired by turning the materials into compacting structure and direct integrated structure of uniform multiphase.
