摘 要:目的 研究舒糖宝对糖尿病小鼠模型脂代谢紊乱的治疗作用。方法 选用小白鼠 36只 ,随机分成 4组 ,每组 9只。 (1 )、(2 )、(3)组用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病模型 ,(4)组为正常对照。 1星期后 ,(1 )组用舒糖宝治疗 ,(2 )组用胰岛素治疗 ,(3)、(4)组用蒸馏水灌胃作对照。连续 45天。实验结束 ,从眼球取血 ,测定各组血脂和血糖指标。结果 (1 )、(2 )组HDL -C明显比 (3)、(4)组升高 (P均 <0 .0 1 ) ;而治疗后TG比 (3)组明显降低 (P均 <0 .0 1 ) ;(1 )、(2 )、(3)组血糖均明显高于 (4)组 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5) ,而 (1 )组明显低于 (2 )、(3)组 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5)。结论 舒糖宝具有改善糖尿病小鼠的脂代谢紊乱及降血糖作用。Objective To examine the efficacy of SHUTANGBAO in treatment of fat metabolism disorder in diabetic mice models. Methods 36 white mice were randomly allocated to 4 groups (N=9): Groups1,2,3 and 4. Using alloxan to reconstruct diabetic models in groups 1, 2 and 3. Group 4 was divided as control group. After one week, group1 received SHUTANGBAO treatment, group 2 was given insulin treatment. Groups 3 and 4 were filled with distilled water. The procedures lasted for 45 days. At the end of the experiment, the indexes of blood lipid and blood sugar in eyeball were detected in each groups. Results HDL-C in groups 1 and 2 elevated more significantly than that in groups 3 and 4 (P<0.01); after treatment, TG levels decreased markedly than that in group 3 (P<0.01); levels of blood sugar in each diabetic groups were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01 or 0.05), while levels of blood sugar in group 1 were markedly lower than those in groups 2 and 3 (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusions SHUTANBAO could effectively improve the fat metabolism disorder and decrease the levels of blood sugar in diabetic mice.
