摘　　要：介绍了数码监控系统中的解码器和云台以及它们与计算机串口的硬件连接,以Pelco解码器为例,介绍了在VisualC++编程中,运用面向对象的程序设计思想,利用ActiveX控件对串口发送控制信号,实现对云台和镜头控制的方法。This paper has introduced decode, pan/tilt and their link with hardware link of them throughwith the port of computer serial communication in a system of digital surveillance. By using an example of Pelco decode,it introduced a method of exercising the control over pan/tilt and cameral in programming with VC++ tools, using method of OOP,utilizing ActiveX control to send control information to the port of serial communication.
