摘　　要：采用渗透检测技术对陶瓷球表面缺陷进行检测。通过实验得出裂纹显示宽度与实际宽度的关系。在此基础上研制出电荷耦合器件 (CCD)图像摄取和计算机图像处理的机电一体化渗透检测自动分选系统 ,检测灵敏度≤ 1μm。系统不仅可用于陶瓷球 。Penetrant method was used to detect surface flaws in ceramic bearing balls. On the basis of the experiment on the relationship between the crack width displayed and the real width, a penetrant inspection and automatic sorting system with CCD (charge coupled device) camera and computer image processing was developed. Its testing sensitivity was ≤1μm. The system could be used not only for ceramic balls but also for steel balls.
