摘　　要：我国是道路建设速度最快的国家,但同时又面临着运输效率低、交通事故严重、受能源和环境制约道路增长赶不上机动车增长等问题。因此,根据我国道路运输实际的需要,探索有中国特色的ITS建设就显得尤为必要。而其中最重要的任务就是ITS系统体系结构的开发。Being a country with the most fast speed in construction of highway in the world,China still face many questions:Low transportation efficiency,serious traffic accident ,energy,environment ,etc.According to actual requisition of highway transportation,it is invaluable necessity that to explore develop-ing Chinese Intelligent Transportation System.The most important task for ITS planning and designing is System Architecture Development.
