摘　　要：论述了"数字云南"的概念、作用、总体框架及空间数据基础设施,"数字云南"地理空间数据框架及技术支撑。简述了"数字云南"省级空间数据基础设施的建设现状,对加快"数字云南"省级地理空间框架建设的有关问题进行分析并提出建议。This article discussed first the conception, the action, the population framework, spatial data basic facility, geographic spatial data framework and its technical shoring of 'Digital Yunnan'. It, secondly, narrated briefly the construction status quo of foundation facility of provincial spatial data. Finally, it analyzed relevant problem as to the construction of foundation facility of provincial spatial data and put up the suggestion to pick up the construction of 'Digital Yunnan' provincial geographic data framework.
