摘 要:用沉淀法合成了掺杂Y^(3+),La^(3+)的CaSO_4:Eu^(2+)稀土发光材料,研究了材料的晶体结构和荧光光谱,根据实验结果,所制样品基本上属正交晶系、C_(2v)空间群,Eu离子在CaSO_4中的激发峰为基态到4f^65d(E_g),(T_(2g))激发态的跃迁;样品发射主峰位于383um,属于Eu^(2+)的~5P_(7/2)→~8S_(2/7)跃迁,说明样品中Eu离子主要以Eu^(2+)的形式存在。CaSO_4:RE(La,Y)本身没有荧光,Y^(3+),La^(3+)掺入CaSO_4:Eu中未改变基质的晶型结构,但可增强CaSO_4:Eu中Eu^(2+)的荧光强度。A series of rare earth luminescent materials CaS04:Eu2+:xRE3+ (RE = Y3+,La3+ ) had been prepared by co-precipitation method and their crystal configurations and their excitation,emission spectra were studied.The crystal lattice of CaSO4:RE belonged to orthorhombic system and C2V space group.Excitation of Eu ion in the CaSO4 was caused by the transition from ground state to excited state of 4f65d(Eg),(T2g).The main emission peak of CaSO4;Eu was located at 383 nm,which was attributed to 5P7/2 8S2/7 transition of Eu2* ion,indicated that Eu ion exist mainly in the +2state.CaSO4:RE(La,Y)them-selves could not emit fluorescent light,the addition of Y3+ and La3+ ions had no effect on crystal lattice of matrix,but could enhance the luminescent intensity of CaSO4;Eu2+.
