摘　　要：江泽民强调,要实现“三个代表”,就必须“全党”“努力改进思想作风、学风和工作作风”,这是“三个代表”“紧跟世界发展潮流”、“坚持解决党党内存在的突出问题”“出发点和着眼点。因为不坚持解放思想、实事求是、勇于探索、不断创新的思想作风;不坚持理论结合实际并努力理论创新的学风,不坚持抛弃形式主义、官僚主义而发扬脚踏实地、埋头苦干、求真务实的工作作风;我们就不能“紧跟世界发展进步潮流”,抓住全球化产业发展要求的机遇,吸收外国的一切优秀文化成果,卓有成效地反腐倡廉、实干兴邦,真正代表中国先进生产力的发展要求、中国先进文化发展方向与最广大人民的根本利益。Comrade Jiang Zemin stressed that in order to attain the “Three Represents',the whole Party must strive to improve its ideological,study and work styles.This is the point of departure of the “Three Represents'in following closely the progressive trends of the world and tackling prominent issues inside the Party.It is quite evident that only by persisting in the ideological style of emancipating the mind,seeking truth from facts and making constant explorations and innovations,by adhering to the study style of striving to make theoretical innovations in the integration to theory and practice,and by promoting the work style of devoting oneself to doing solid work,handling concrete affairs in a down-to-earth manner and seeking actual effects,can we follow closely the progressive trends of the world,promote the fight against corruption and for a clean government,promote the national development through solid work and truly attain the “Three Represents'.
