摘　　要：如果以生产力标准的历史尺度与价值标准的道德尺度综合认识与评价网络文化,就不难发现,作为高科技发展产物的网络文化尽管有其先进性的一面,但也有消极甚至破坏性的一面,它本身毕竟不就是先进文化,而是一把文化的“双刃剑”。党和政府应抓住网络文化发展的机遇,趋利避害,迎接挑战,加强代表先进前进方向的网络文化建设,推动中国特色社会主义文化的发展。As the result of high-tech development,network culture is advanced.However,it may also produce some negative effects to people and social development.It is a double-edge sword.So,the Party and government should seize opportunities for the development of network culture,make better use of its advantages and minimize its disadvantages,take up the challenges,and strengthen the building of the network culture embodying the orientation of advanced culture in order to push forward the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
