胸腺素α_1对鸡生长性能及免疫器官发育的影响

摘　　要：通过对照试验在 4日龄和 7日龄时 ,低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组每只鸡分别肌注 0 .0 1 5 mg·kg- 1 ,0 .0 3 mg· kg- 1 和 0 .0 6mg· kg- 1 体重剂量的胸腺素α1 ( Tα1 ) ,对照组注射等量的生理盐水。试验期为 5 6d,观察 Tα1 对鸡体重、饲料转化率、法氏囊指数、胸腺指数、和脾脏指数的影响。结果表明 :在 3 5 ,42和 5 6日龄时 ,低剂量组鸡的体重显著高于其他各组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而在 1 4和 2 1日龄时各组平均体重差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5 )。在整个试验期间 ,低剂量组的饲料报酬均高于其他三组 ;低剂量组的法氏囊指数均高于其他三组 ,并在 1 4日龄时与对照组和中剂量组差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,而在 3 5日龄与对照组和高剂量组差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;低剂量组的胸腺指数也高于其他三组 ,1 4日龄时与对照组差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与中剂量组和高剂量组差异不显著( P>0 .0 5 ) ,但在 3 5和 5 6日龄时差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ;低剂量组的脾脏指数高于其他三组 ,且在 3 5和 5 6日龄差异显著 ( P <0 .0 5 )。Xuganghuang female chickens of one day old were randomly divided into four groups( n =180).There were three replications in each group and there were fifteen chickens in each replication.When they were 4 day old and 7 day old,the treated groups were injected intramuscularly with thymosinα 1 at dose of 0.015 mg, 0.03 mg and 0.06 mg per kilogram body weight respectively, while the control group were injected intramuscularly with the same quantity of saline .The effects of thymosinα1 on the weight and feed efficiency and the indices of the bursa of Fabricius and the thymus and the spleen were studied. The results showed that: in the group of injection with Tα 1 at dose of 0.015 mg·kg -1 body weight, the weight and feed efficiency were significantly increased; the indices of the bursa of Fabricius and the thymus and the spleen were also increased significantly.
