螺旋藻胶囊制剂对Ⅱ型糖尿病病人肠内菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的分析比较 7名Ⅱ型糖尿病患者服用含有有益菌活菌的螺旋藻胶囊前后肠内菌群的变化。方法给患者每天服用 3次 ,每次 3粒胶囊 ,并分别于服用前、服用 1周、2周及服用结束后 1周 ,检测患者肠内菌群及腐败物质、pH值及含水率等相关数据。结果表明肠内有益菌显著增加 ,有害菌减少 ,腐败物质明显降低 ,肠内状态趋好。患者粪便的含水率和 pH值都显著提高 ,消除便秘。结论服用螺旋藻胶囊后 。Objective To analyze and compare the intestinal flora of 7 diabetes volunteers before and after they dose the capsules of Capsulae spirulina which contain living bifidobacteria.Method The capsules were administrated in 7 diabetes volunteers, for 3 pieces of capsules every time and 3 times every day. Sampling feces before the intake, during the intake for 7 days and 14 days , and 7 days after the intake.Intestinal flora and putrefactive metabolites, pH and water content were measured. Result The beneficial bacteria in intestines increased significantly, and harmful bacteria decreased. The content of ammonia and sulfide was reduced significantly. The ratio of water content and pH value in feces were raised. Conclusion After dosing the capsules of Capsulae spirulinae , the intestinal flora and intestinal environment of diabetes volunteers are improved.
