摘  要:本文阐述了首次用热象仪观测工作状态下的NTC热敏电阻基片所得的结果。基片中心处温度比边缘部分要低(电流小);基片的温度—电流间有线性关系;而且实测的电流值与拟合电流值之差值在三个不同的温区(小于80℃,大于120℃和80~120℃区间)有着明显的特点。This is the first time that the thermovision is used to observe the woking status of NTC thermistor, and the experimental result is presented in the article. According'to our chief, the temperature of the center is lower than of the edge, where the current is weaker. There is approximately a linear relationship between temperature and current.The differences of the real current and the fitted current are charaterized into three range( less than 80℃, greater than 120℃ and between 80℃ and 120℃.
