摘　　要：介绍了电磁骚扰所必须的三个条件:骚扰源、干扰途径和受害设备,以及结合产生干扰的这些条件,提出相应的一些重要手段来抑制干扰。This paper has discussed the three essential reasons which cause electromagnetic disturbance, such as the disturbance origin、interaction mode and damaged device. At the same time by incorporating this reasons, expound the commonly used important measures to restrain electromagnetic interference.
