生产400 MPa带肋钢筋用强制冷却器的研究

摘　　要：为了满足生产400MPaⅢ级钢筋的需要,对直喷式和湍流式冷却器进行了研究,通过水冷试验和实验室模拟,得出后者冷却强度是前者的1 8倍。同时介绍了2个应用强制水冷器的实例。The directjet and turbulent coolers were studied for meeting the demands of producing 400MPa Ⅲ grade ribbed bar. The experimental result shows that the cooling strength of the latter is 18 times of the formers.At the same time, two application examples of the intensive cooler were introduced.
