槐草降压冲剂治疗代谢紊乱综合症的临床观察

摘　　要：应用中药槐草降压冲剂治疗代谢紊乱综合症 ,临床观察血压、血脂变化。设治疗组 3 0例 ,西药卡托普利组 2 2例 ,周期健康对照组 17例。其结果表明 :治疗组与西药对照组的患者血脂明显高于健康对照组 ,说明高血压患者与健康对照组比较存在脂质代谢紊乱。治疗组降压总有效率 80 % ,与西药对照组比较 ,无显著差异 ,并有明显降脂作用 ,优于对照组。To apply Huaicao Jiangya Diluent to the clinical treatment of Metabolism Disturbance Syndrome,the change of blood pressure(BP) and blood fat was observed. In clinical trial,the divided group was the following:the 30 cases of the treatment group,the 22 cases of the western medicine group and the 17 cases of the healthy group. The results showed that:the trearment group and the the western medicine was higher than the healthy group in the blood fat. The results illustrated that the patients with high blood pressure had the disturbance of the fat metabolism. The total effective rate of the treatment was 80%. The difference was not significant between the treatment group and the controlled group. In the decreasing of blood fat,the treatment group was better than the controlled group. The result showed that Huaicao Jiangya Diluent can decrease the blood pressure and regulate the blood fat.
