摘  要:本文根据温度生理学的基本原理 ,特别是头颈部皮肤温度受环境气温影响的规律 ,讨论了当前抗击“非典”战斗中利用头部局部皮肤温度的测定 ,在公众场合对大量流动人员进行“非典”疑似病人检测中带普遍性的若干问题 ,并在此基础上提出了如何改进和确保这一检测方式可靠性和有效性的几点建议。Based on the principle of thermal physiology, especially on the effect of the ambient temperature on head neck skin temperatures, the paper discussed some general problems about detecting the suspected patient of SARS from large number of transferring people in public place according to the head neck skin temperature during recently fight against SARS. Therefore several suggestions about how to improve and ensure the effectiveness and security of such detection were put forward.
