摘　　要：专业化产业区是区域经济发展的重要途径,浙江经济快速发展就得益于专业化产业区在全省各地的兴起与发展。专业化产业区的生成深受工商业传统影响,并以民营经济为主体,劳动密集型产业为主导,具有市场带动与工贸并举的特色。专业化产业区发展推动了浙江的工业化、市场化与城市化进程,同时,其自身也面临着由需求与供给结构性变化所带来的机遇与挑战。The specialized industrial zones(SIZ)is one of the most important channels of the development of regional economy.The rapid econmic development of Zhejiang benefits a lot from the growth and development of SIZs throughout the province.The formation of SIZ dominated by private enterprises and laborintensive industries has been greatly affected by the tradition of regional industries and commerce with the characteristics of promotion with market and simultaneous development of both industry and commerce.The development of SIZs has promoted the processes of industrialization,marketorientation and urbanization of Zhejiang province.At the same time,it's also faced with the opportunity and the challenge brought by the structural changes of the supply and the demand.
