摘　　要：目的 :探讨温阳活血法对实验动物的 6 -酮 -前列腺素 (6 -keto -PGFlα)的影响 ,为温阳活血法防治冠心病的临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法 ,将实验动物分为卡托普利组、中药组、模型组和空白对照组进行 6 -keto -PGFlα的测试。结果 :治疗后中药组和卡托普利组的 6 -Keto -PGFlα均有上升 ,并且中药组作用强于卡托普利组。结论 :温阳活血法对血管内皮细胞有较好的保护作用。Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Warm Yang and activate blood flow method in experimental animal by detecting 6-keto-PGFlα.In order to privide experiment evidence for Warm Yang and activate blood preventing coronary heart disease.Method:Experimental animal were divided into four groups:captopril group?traditional medicines group?model group and negative control group.6-keto-PGFlα were detected by radioimmunodetection method.Result:6-keto-PGFlα in captopril group and traditinal group were increased,those indices were higher in traditinal group than those in captopril gruop.Conclusion:Warm Yang and activate blood flow nethod plays protective role in endothelium cell of vesel.
