国有企业资本结构探析

摘　　要：针对我国国有企业资本结构失衡的不良现状,从我国的经济因素和体制因素两方面深入剖析其失衡原因,进而提出优化国有企业资本结构的几条途径:解决旧债、缩小国企比重、发展资本市场、提高企业自身能力等。In the light of unhealthy current situation of capital structure's imbaiance among our state - owned enterprises, this paper analyses the reasons for the imbalance from two aspects: economy and system, moreover, this paper advances the ways to improve the capital structure of state - owned enterprises; to solve the past debt, to minimize the proportion of state - owned enterprises, to develop capital market, to improve the self-ability of state - owned enterprises, etc.
