890中药合剂抗肿瘤实验研究

摘　　要：本研究采用中药合剂(890),对荷瘤鼠进行不同剂量的治疗,并对各组鼠的抑瘤率、生存百分率及免疫功能进行了测定,与对照组比较,该中药合剂有明显提高机体免疫功能,促进抑杀肿瘤及提高生存率的效应。In this study, the neoplastic - mice treated using 890 Chinese herb mixture with differential dosages, and the neoplastatic rate, survival rate and immunologic function were determinated. Comparated with control group, the Chinese herb mixture has the effects on rise in the immunologic function of organism, inhibits and kills neoplasm and raise the survival rate.
